These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NAZ Cleaning Co.'s Website, located at https://nazcleaningco.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use NAZ Cleaning Co. if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Scheduling & Access

  • The client is responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

  • If we are unable to access the property (no entry, locked gate, pets unsecured, etc.), the visit will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Please secure pets during service for safety reasons.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to the full service amount.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on home size, condition, service type, and frequency.

  • Initial visits, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and homes requiring extra time may be priced higher.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or approved electronic payment.

  • Returned or failed payments may incur additional fees.

4. Supplies & Equipment

  • NAZ Cleaning Co. provides standard professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • If a client requests the use of their own supplies, we are not responsible for results, damage, or reactions caused by those products.

  • We always bring and use our own vacuum unless otherwise requested.

5. Service Limitations

  • We do not move heavy furniture, appliances, or items over 25 lbs.

  • Cleaning does not include:

    • Mold remediation

    • Biohazard or bodily fluids

    • Hoarding situations

    • Exterior window washing (unless quoted separately)

    • High or hard-to-reach areas beyond a standard step stool

  • Excessive buildup, pet hair, grease, or neglect may require additional time or fees, which will be communicated when possible.

6. Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns when reported within this window.

  • Issues reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for correction or refund.

7. Damage & Liability

  • NAZ Cleaning Co. is licensed, bonded, and insured.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Improperly installed, fragile, or unsecured items

    • Items not disclosed as delicate or valuable

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed.

8. Health & Safety

  • For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

  • Please inform us of any known hazards, aggressive pets, or health concerns prior to service.

9. Recurring Service Changes

  • Pricing and service scope for recurring cleanings may be adjusted if the condition of the home changes.

  • Missed recurring visits without proper notice may result in reclassification as a one-time or deep clean.

10. Agreement

  • By booking a service with NAZ Cleaning Co., the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Terms are subject to change without notice.
